Ron Jones 

1953-2000 

SAN ANGELO – Ron Jones, a native of Snyder, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, at his home in San Angelo. 

Funeral service for Mr. Jones, 47, was set for 10 a.m. today in the St. Paul Presbyterian Church. The Revs. Craig Meyers and Louie Andrews were to officiate. 

Born Jan. 23, 1953 in Snyder, he had lived in San Angelo since 1968 and was a 1972 graduate of San Angelo Central High School. He was a journeyman electrician and had worked as a technician for Allen Young Office Machines. 

His parents, Evelyn and Doyle Jones, preceded him in death. 

Survivors include two children, Chrisandra Jones and Conrad Jones, and their mother, Molly Jones, all of San Angelo; two sisters, Judy Adams of Tyler and Janie McPeak of Lancaster; three brothers, Monty Prock of Cushing, Okla., Jerry Meadows of Malvern, Ark., and Donald Jones of San Angelo.
