The Revs. Thomas Hall and Cecil Foster will officiate. Burial will follow in the Fluvanna Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. Mrs. Fulford, 79, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, in Lubbock following a lengthy illness. Born July 25, 1921 in Gatesville, she married Ray Fulford on Jan. 7, 1939 in Clariot, Tex. A resident of Fluvanna since 1939, Mrs. Fulford was a beautician and a member of the Fluvanna First Baptist Church and Quilting Club. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Edgar Kinsey, David Kinsey and D.D. Kinsey; and one sister, Leona Markham. Survivors include her husband, Ray Fulford of Fluvanna; a son, Victor Fulford of Lubbock; four brothers, Ellis Kinsey of Stephenville, Wesley Kinsey of Fort Worth, Arvin Kinsey of Williston, N.D., and Marvin Kinsey of Dallas; three grandchildren, Lance Fulford of California, Xan Fulford of Austin and Jai Fulford of Lubbock; and three great-grandchildren, Hagen Fulford, Braxton Fulford and Candra Fulford.
