In his retirement and later years, our Dad enjoyed his well-earned leisure time. He used to say, "I don't do nothing, and I dont start that until noon."' But he did stay active with many things: church, community and family events, wood-working, gardening, caring for pets, dominoes, traveling, and also a little gambling.

He never folded because of a lack of courage, conviction, or faith. He used his strong faith to carry him through some setbacks and temporary losses.

Hand Crafted Cedar ChestHe finished the game with dignity and honor, and he finished with more than enough chips to cash in as a Winner Of The Eternal Prize.
