Refugio Lumber Company completed a cement storage and warehouse on the railroad track next to the depot Tuesday. W.H. Borglund contractor. Independent Oil and Gas Company’s five-room residence, located next to their office building, contracted by D.F. Bartley, is nearing completion. A five-room house owned by R.H. Winsor was started last week in the Sunshine Addition. Henry Nicholson contractor. The Gulf Coast Pipe Line Company is busy putting a large extension onto their warehouse. A two story house containing six rooms and five garages, located two miles out of town on the Beeville highway, was completed last week. It was built by Contractor D.F. Bartley for John Buckley. A small house and garage belonging to Cy Fox was completed Tuesday by Contractors Rogers and Wilson in the Sunshine Addition. The Sun Oil Company is putting up two small ready-cut houses on their Leisering lease. These houses are rapidly nearing completion. |
