Ward, W. W.--Embezzelment. Age 30 years; height 5 feet 4 inches; weight 130 pounds, color white; complexion dark; hair dark; occupation school teacher and lawyer. short stubby nose; drinks;

Wright, H. B.--Embezzelment. Age 34 years; height 5 feet 6 inches; weight 130 pounds; color white, complexion fair; eyes hazel, hair dark; occupation lawyer. Quick spoken; walks very fast, very polite.
