Joe C. Harvey Rites Set Today IRAAN (STNS)--Joe Clifton Harvey, 56, was dead on arrival Thursday at a Huntsville, Ark. hospital apparently of a heart attack. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in First Baptist Church of Iraan with burial in Restland Cemetery directed by Sheppard Funeral home of McCamey. A longtime resident of Iraan, he was visiting a son in Fayettville, Ark. at the time of his death. Born Feb. 16, 1915 in Rogers, he was married to Macie Garrison June 19, 1936 in Big Lake. He was a retired oilfield roustabout and a Baptist.
