Early Texas Settlers in Palo Pinto, Texas




In October of 1949 twenty-six descendants of the very early settlers met and organized "Early Texas Settlers in Palo Pinto, Texas".  The object of the organization is to collect and preserve the history of the county.  The only rule stipulated to join, the family had to be in the county before 1890.
