The only information I have is her husband John ENGLISH died in Arkansas. She then either married Col. RUNNELLS and went to Texas or went to Texas and married Col RUNNELLs. She died in Orange, Texas. I have not dates but feel she died between 1830-1855. Any help will be appreciated.

Parents were Dester HILL and Bertha May ELLISON. 1st wife was Jewell CARTER--where and when were they married and where and when did she die? Did they have children? 2nd wife: Mary Frances RODRIGUE BLAND, married 27 Jul 1972 in Orange, Orange, TX. Would like to correspond with relatives or anyone who knew him. Have much HILL information. Marvin HILL was a cousin to my late husband, Floyd HILL.

FLOYD posted by Marda Vey (Floyd) Selman on Tuesday, January 13, 1998: F.R. FLOYD was suppose to have been a Private in Capt. Merriman's Company, Orange County Coast Guards, Texas Local Defense Troops, Sept. 1862. He was suppose to have owned FLOYD's Plantation on Lacey's River. Looking for con-firmation of this. Also, I have not been able to locate date or location of death. The information I have Mr. FLOYD came to Orange County sometime after 1850 from Nacagdoches. His son , Preston R. FLOYD, owned property in Vidor,TX. I don't know if Vidor is in Orange County. Any confirmation of the above or any other information would be appreciated. Also, I am looking for where the Floyd's came from to the US.

Henry moved his family to Orange, Organe Co, TX where he set up practice as a doctor. He loved music and set a small orchestra and he broadcasted violin solos over the radio. Henry and Letha had three children: Grover STUKEY b 1918, Marguerite STUKEY b 1922 and Henribee STUKEY b 1927. Henry STUKEY d in 1926 of spinal menegitis while on vacation, he never lived to see his last child born. We are looking for any information on his three children. Susan was born in Orange Co.,TX and her parents were David b Feb. 13, 1816 LA, and Susan b April 13, 1822 MS, HARMON. Need all information on John. Susan's siblings were: Sarah m a DAY; Barnabus b 1842; Reuben b 1851 m Rachel; Joshua G. b Oct 16, 1856 m Dec 28, 1882 Sicily E. CARTER; and Valetine b 1860. All of these folks were in TX.

March 3, 1907). He was born in MO, she in TX. They were married on March 27, 1878 in Orange Co., TX but they lived in neighboring Newton Co. Her parents were suppose to be Hiram and Rebecca JONES and his parents might have been Joseph and Elizabeth FIELDS from MO.
