Y 2/C Willie Hodge, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Hodge, graduate of Mildred High School.  Entered service October, 1942, trained with Coast Guard at St. Augustine, Fla.  Has served in San Juan and Puerto Rico, now awaiting overseas assignment in Galveston.

S/Sgt. Jack Hoffman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hoffman, Corsicana, husband of the former Miss Helen L. Willard, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered Army Air Corps, 1941, trained at Goodfellow Field and Perrin Field.  Has served in India, Africa, China, and Burma, now on duty in India.
HOFFMAN, LAWRENCE O.
Captain Lawrence O. Hoffman, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence O. Hoffman, Sr., Tyler, husband of the former Miss Opal Cagle, graduate of Kerens High School.  Entered service, 1937, trained with Infantry at Ft. Francis E. Warren, Wyo.  Has served in the Aleutians, now on duty at Camp Fannin, Texas.
HOGE, ROBERTS M.
Sgt. Roberts M. Hoge, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Hoge, graduate of Dawson School, and Hoge High School.  Entered service 1941, trained with Army Signal Corps at Ft. Monmouth, N.J., and Camp Claiborne, La.  Has served in Ireland, N. Africa, Sicily and Italy, where now on duty.
HOGE, EUGENE E.
MM 3/C Eugene E. Hoge, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Hoge, husband of the former Miss Merle Shaw, attended Dawson Schools.   Entered service, 1942, trained with Seabees at Camp Allen, and Camp Endicott.  Has served in N. Caledonia, New Georgia, Green Island, now on duty in South Pacific.

MM 3/C James R. Hoge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Hoge, attended Dawson High School.  Entered service, 1942, trained with Navy at San Diego.  Has served in Aleutians, New Caledonia, Pearl Harbor, Leyte, Saipan, Luon and Okinawa, now on duty in South Pacific, China Seas.  Has seven Battle Stars.
HOLCOMB, LONNIE D.
Pvt. Lonnie D. Holcomb, son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Holcomb, Roane, Texas, husband of the former Miss Anita Davis, graduate of Powell High School.  Entered Army October, 1944, trained at Camp Hood.  Now on duty at Camp Plauche, New Orleans, La.
HOLCOMB, BILLY L.
T/5 Billy L. Holcomb (sic), son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. entered service, 1942, trained at Camp Gruber, Okla., Ft. Sam Houston and North Africa.  Has served in four Major Battles in Mediterranean Theater, wounded in Italy, April 21, 1945, now on duty in Verona, Italy.  has Purple Heart.
