5:30 p.m. - Building opens - No planned activities, just spending the evening together. The

facilities are available for anyone who wishes to set up a cot and spend the night.

Saturday

8:30 a.m. - Registration, Coffee & Socializing

9:30 a.m. - Welcome and Introductions

10:00 a.m. - Genealogical Program - “Update on our Kinsey DNA Project”

11:00 a.m. - Break & Shopping at Country Store - Bring donated items J

11:30 p.m. - Luncheon - Bring your own lunch and a story about your nickname J

1:00 p.m. - Short Business Meeting

2:00 p.m. - Depart for field trip to Coryell County Museum or shopping or library research

4:30 p.m. - Genealogical Program and Workshop - “How to Date and Identify Old Photographs” -

I have several books with helpful tips, so bring your mystery photos for analysis J

6:00 p.m. - Stuffed Baked Potatoes, Salads & Desserts - Make reservation on attached page J

7:00 p.m. - Dramatic Presentation, “Sarah McNutt Kinsey's Journal”

Sunday

9:00 a.m. - Coffee, Light Breakfast, Memorials and Prayer Requests for Family Members

11:30 a.m. - Covered Dish Lunch - Please bring one or two of your favorites J

1:00 p.m. - Your reports of research done since the last reunion

• All updates (births, marriages, etc.) for book, “From Virginia To Texas - A Kinsey Legacy”
• At least one item to be sold at our Country Store and Silent Auction
• Old photographs for analysis during our workshop
• Family memorabilia, anything old and interesting, to “Show & Tell”
• One or two covered dishes for Sunday Lunch (recipes too, if home cooked)
• Your Family! J

LOCAL THINGS TO ENTERTAIN CHILDREN

• Go fishing or swimming
• Go to the drive-in movie theater
• Go to Sonic or the local sno-cone shop
• Get acquainted with each other and play games
