City of Midland Records Center
The City of Midland Records Center was commenced in 1990. The city secretary is the Records Management Officer. The records are housed in the former Public Safety Building.
Stored here are the tax records from 1909 to1979. and more that 1,200 scrapbooks which were donated by Bill Cogdell.
