RULE — Horace Spells, Jr., 56, died Sunday, May 13, 2012, in Abilene, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Rule Cemetery with Rev. Russell Stanley officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes of Rule.
Survivors include wife, Julie Spells of Rule; six sons, Tavaous McKinney of Wichita Falls, Davalin Spells of Dallas, Tommy Spells and Horace Spells III, both of Rule, Jeremy Hardamon of Rule, Quinten Hardamon of Venus; one daughter, Felicia Spells of Dallas; three grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Stinnett of Stamford, Donal Spells of Abilene; and four sisters, Ida Watson of Munday, Bertha Spells of Munday, Helen Cavanaugh of Abilene, and Doris Wardand of Knox City.
The family will be receiving visitors from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
