Flora Rosas Gonzales
May 16, 1942 - July 27, 2007

 

     Flora Rosas Gonzales, 65, entered into rest Friday, July 27, 2007.

     Mass of a Christian burial was at 10 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2007 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Rev. Christopher Ferrer officiating. Burial followed at Calvary cemetery. A Rosary was read at 7 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at Adams Funeral Home.

     Mrs. Gonzales was born May 16, 1942 in Marlin, to Emilio and Eulalia Rosas. She was a member of the Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, two sisters and three great-great-grandchildren.

     Survivors include: son, George Gonzales of Waco; daughters, Gloria Davenport of Otto, Olivia Smith of Bremond, Priscilla Gonzales of Marlin; brothers, Genaro Rosas of Dallas, Emilio Rosas Jr. of Ft. Worth, Balintino Rosas of Marlin, Fred Rosas of Marlin; sisters, Emma Colunga of Marlin, Mary Tovar of Marlin, Stella Carrizales of Marlin, Geneva Robles of Marlin; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
