Mrs. Ollie Franklin, age 42, died at her on Live Oak street in Marlin at 1:35 o'clock this morning, death coming as the culmination of an extended illness.

Deceased was born in McCullock County, Texas where she spent most of her life. She had lived in and around Marlin about 11 years. She was a member of the Full Gospel Taberacle Congregatin of Marlin.

Surviving are her husband, B.F. Franklin, five sons, Lee, Ben, Troy, Homer and Leonard, and three daughters, Lena Mae, Elizabeth, and Betty Jo Franklin, all of Marlin, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Dobbs, of San Saba, two brothers, Jack Dobbs of Milburn and Ellis Dobbs of Marlin, and six sisters, Mesdames Lena Stewart and Lois Gober of Mercury, Eva Stewart of Hall, Annie Evans of Kilgore, Inez Summers of Winters and Bessie Nichols of Eastland.

Funeral services for deceased were held at the family residence at three o'clock this afternoon by Rev. J.R. Richardson of Marlin, burial following at the Waite cemetery at Reagan at four p.m.

FRANKUM, OLLIE

This is the obit I thought it was. Ollie's last name was not Franklin. It was Frankum. She was my grandmother. Her husbands name was Barney Lee Frankum. Not B.F.  Please let the person know that typed this. Her death certificate says Franklin too. But it is Frankum. This will help other family members looking for her.  Thank you Betty Lee
