EVELYN FENSKE
October 14, 1923 - March 8, 2005

     Evelyn Fenske passed away Tuesday March 8, 2005 at a local hospital after a brief illness. Memorial services were held Saturday March 12, 2005 at First United Methodist Church of China Spring.

     She was born Oct. 14, 1923 in Sanford, Florida to Theo and Winifred Stiles. After attending Business College in Orlando, Florida she moved to Washington, D.C. There she met and married Douglas Fenske in 1945. She was a homemaker and very devoted to her family. Until a few years ago she was an avid golfer and bridge player.

     Mrs. Fenske was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Fenske and her sister Hazel Stiles.

     She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Douglas; daughter, Jeanette Kelly and husband Tom; grandsons, Clark Cornwell and wife Michelle, Chuck Cornwell and wife Holly; great-granddaughter, Cuinn Cornwell; sister, Betty Ann Howard and husband William; grandchildren and great-grandchildren from love, Kevin Kelly and wife Amie, Patrick Kelly and daughter Patricia, Chris Starnes; and many loving nieces and nephews.

     A special thank you to the staff at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospice and all the doctors that participated in the care of Mrs. Fenske.
