       C. L. (Rabbit) Dieterich, 61, of Perry died Tuesday near Riesel.
       Services were at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Riesel, the Rev. Howard D. Schreibeis officiating.  Burial was in the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.
       Mr. Dieterich was born Dec. 23, 1926, in Riesel.  He served in the U. S. Army during World War II.  He was a retired employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.
       He was married to Jane Swinnea on Sept. 1, 1951.  He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
       Survivors are his wife; one son, Mike Dieterich of Riesel; two daughters, Deena Tobias of Riesel and Teresa Koester of Waco; one brother, Curtis Dieterich of Waco; two sisters, Laverna Pursche and Jeanette Bennett, both of Waco; and six grandchildren.
       Pallbearers were A.B. Ewing, Bernie Bishnow, Leonard Kleypas, Bill Dieterich, Gene Kohl, Raymond Dieterich, Bill Gillmore, and Ted Bumpus.
       Adams Funeral was in charge of arrangements.
