Mrs. Rosie Dell Brunson

     MARLIN -- Rosie Dell Brunson, 83, a Marlin homemaker, died Wednesday at a local hospital.

     Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Adams Funeral Chapel, Elder Arthur Allen officiating.  Burial will be at Criswell Cemetery.

     Mrs. Brunson was born Sept. 14, 1906, in Falls County.  She married Gordon Brunson; he died Sept. 25, 1971.  Mrs. Brunson was a member of the Marlin Restoration Branch Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

     Survivors include two sons, Allen Brunson of Stratford and E. A. (Buddy) Brunson of Weatherford; five daughters, Nellie Nichols, Jimmie Townsend and Lillie Mae Blann, all of Marlin, Vinnie Mayhall of Athens, and Johnnie Hounsel of Kosse; four brothers, George Chane of Weatherford, Thomas Chane of Bellmead, Robert Chane and Jesse Chane, both of Marlin; two sisters, Jo Britt of Marlin and Mrs. Willie Mae Stachowiak of Houston; 31 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
