Randy Jay Broxton Funeral Services Held February 2

 

     Randy Jay Broxton of Groesbeck passed away Monday, January 30, 2006 at Lake Limestone.
    
     Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 2, at the Groesbeck Funeral Chapel with Bros. Lee Weiler and Keith Schiller officiating. Burial followed at Criswell Cemetery.
    
     Mr. Broxton was born September 24, 1960 in Waco to Julious and Mildred Juanita (Dowling) Broxton who preceded him in death. He was self-employed as a carpenter and remodeled as well as painted.

     Mr. Broxton was especially fond of his second family which consisted of John and Sharon Ellis and family, Jimmy and Tommy Rogers, Penny Worthington, Jimmy Queener, Pauline McCaleb, and Toby and Donna Culverhouse, as well as his special little girls, Kelsie, Breanna, Andrea, Samantha, Morgan, and Meredith; who all loved, cared, and supported him.

     Mr. Broxton is survived by his father of 30 years, Warren Ross "Bud" Dowling; brothers Rodger and wife Renee Broxton of Bryan; Garry and wife, Vina Broxton of Jewett; and Doyle Broxton of Marquez; sisters: Vicki and husband Dwayne Kavanaugh of Spring, and Sandi and husband Mike Winstead of Marquez; two step-brothers: Rickie and wife Mary Frances Dowling of Conroe and Terry Dowling of Caldwell.
