SIX INDICTMENTS ARE RETURNED BY GRAND JURY

A total of six indictments involving  four persons were returned at aTuesday session of the Falls County Grand Jury.
     Only one of the four accused has been arrested.  The others are at large.
     Raymond Johnson was indicted for theft and again for burglary in connection with the robbery of the Little Beaver Package Store in Marlin in early July.
     One of the persons not yet arrested was indicted twice for forgery; another person was also indicted for forgery, and a last defendant for wife desertion.
