MISS SKINNER, 1953 MHS
GRADUATE IS HONORED
AT SATURDAY P.M. PARTY

       Miss Norma Jean Skinner, a member of the 1953 graduating class of Marlin High School, was named honoree at a cola party given by her aunt, Miss Ethel Pearl Pauling, on Saturday afternoon at the of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Pauling, 420 Houghton.
       The hostess entertained with several accordian numbers.  Favors
were miniature dolls dressed as graduates holding diplomas with the guests' names on them.
       Sandwiches, pickles, potato chips, cookies, mints and nuts were served with the colas.
       Those sharing the courte(sies)(missing) the honoree have been clas(smates) from the time they eneter(ed) (the) first grade together. They were Miss Marilyn Smith, Miss Lucy Ann Adams, Miss Catheryn Abate, Miss Barbara Woodard, Miss Betty Sebesta and Miss Barbara Ann Day.
