                    NEW FACILITIES UNDER WAY AT CITY CAR MARKET

            Work is now under way to provide a new office building for the City Car Market, located on the north side of the court house square and owned by Carter Hicks and Jack Tubb.

            The new building is located on the 60 by 130-foot lot side recently purchased by Hicks from E. F. Hamilton.  The office will be modern throughout and equipped with refrigerated air condition equipment.  In addition a car display shed will be erected along the front of the lot and a cement slab beneath the shed.  The operators said they were continuing at this time the operation of the car lot immediately east of their newly acquired property.
