of Sessions of
Musical Club.

    Plans for Music Week observance next week were made at the meeting of the Musical Club in the of Mrs. A. O. Bowdon Wednesday afternoon.
    Mrs. Tom Connally gave vocal numbers and saxophone selections were given by Mrs. A. C. Hornbeck.  Dance numbers were given by Jewel Kroll and Alma Louise Davis, while Ann Bowdon, daughter of the hostess, gave a Dutch clog.
    After the club adjourned, an appetizing chicken salad course was served to members and three guests, Mesdames H. L. Chilton, V. H. Thodberg and the latter's sister, Mrs. Agnes Kyle, who is visiting in Marlin from Fond du Lac, Wis.

    The musical club met Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Tom Connally, a good attendance being registered.  
    Mrs. Frank Ashburne of Sherman, who has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. H. Miles and is well known in musical circles over the state, have a number of piano selections which were so well received that she was prevailed upon to give several more after the club adjourned.
