The State of Texas, County of Falls.
    To those indebted to, or holding claims against the estate of C, H. Oakes, deceased:
    The undersigned having been duly appointed administrator of the estate of C. H. Oakes, deceased late of Falls County, Texas, by J. B. Landrum, Judge of the County Court of said county, on the 1st day of August, 1931, during a regular term, hereby notifies all persons indebted to said estate to come forward and make settlement, and those having claims against said estate to present them to him within the time prescribed by law at his office at the Marlin-Citizens national bank at Marlin, Texas, where he receives his mail.
