Cotton Seed Complaints

Charges of
burglary and theft have been filed against Willie King in Marlin justice court
in connection with some cotton seed reported missing from the barn of George
Stone in the Eureka community. Bond in the sum of $500 was fixed in each case
pending action of the grand jury.
Like complaints are pending on the docket against L. T. Ray in connection
with recovery of some of the cotton seed alleged missing from the Stone place.
