JURY HEARS ARGUMENTS IN
DAMAGE SUIT TRIAL

Taking of Testimony Completed in
Case in Falls County District
Court.

Arguments were heard in Falls county district court this afternoon in the case of M. L. Bridgewater vs. Wilson Trice and his father, C. L. Trice, suit for $5000 alleged damages for injuries sustained in an automobile collision in Marlin.

Taking of testimony began Monday and continued through Tuesday with preparation of the court's charge occupying this morning's session.

The case was outgrowth of a collision between plaintiff's car and another automobile of which the younger Trice was one of the occupants.
