To The Democrat:
The Travis Demonstration Club met Tuesday, November 24. The house was called to order by the president, Mrs. Ela Dees and then "America" was sung. The roll was called, after which the club elected and reelected officers for the coming year.
President, Mrs. Ela Dees; vice president, Mrs. Weeks; secretary and treasure, Miss Ratcliff; press reporter, Mrs. Bill Adams; delegate to council, Mrs. F. L. Wallace; pantry demonstrator, Mrs. Cansler; yard demonstrator, Mrs. Wallace; garden demonstrator, Mrs. Weeks.
The weather is beginning to get cold, and as there is not any fire in the room of the school building in which we meet, we have decided to meet in the homes. Our next meet with Mrs. Peeler.
We are all ready to start on our new year's work with a determination to do more than we have in the past year.
Reporter.
