Cego Woman Killed, Two Men
Seriously Injured By Cyclone

     One person was killed and two injured last night when a cyclone struck the Cego community between Riesel and Eddy, doing several thousand dollars worth of damage.

     Mrs. Emil Behnke, 62, who had been ill for the past three months, was killed and her husband and one son, Connie, were seriously injured. Mr. Behnke received a broken arm and possible internal injuries and the son severe cuts and bruises about the body and head.

     The Behnke was completely destroyed. Another son, Willie, was only slightly injured during the storm.

     The Mack* Behnke was blown from its blocks. A owned by Dr. J. E. Martin of Eddy was damaged. B. R. Parham's barn was destroyed and a number of small outhouses were destroyed.

     The W. B. Sorrell's gin was damaged to the extent of $2,500.
