SCHOOL BOARD SETS DATES
OF CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

Classes to be Recessed Wednesday
Before and Resumed Next
Monday Week.

       Christmas holidays for Marlin school children were fixed by the school board Tuesday night as December 24 to January 2, inclusive.
       This means classes will be recessed Wednesday afternoon before Christmas and resumed the following Monday week.
       A committe for selection of text books under the multiple list adoption law was named, composed of H. J. McIlhany, superintendent, ex-officio member; W. T. Betts, Marlin High school principal; J. M. Wilson, E. L. Griffin, Mrs. Raymond Barnett, Miss K. D. Washington.
