       Denton, Texas, July 6 -- Miss Frances Fullinwider, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Fullinwider, of Marlin, recently received a letter from Dean E. V. White of Texas State College for Women (C.I.A.) congratulating her for the excellent scholastic record maintained during the past year at the college.  Miss Fullinwider was among the upper ten per cent of the student body making no grade lower than B.
       She was a senior student doing major work in the department of Library Science and minoring in English..
