CHARGED IN COMPLAINTS

Three Defendants Allowed Bond
Pending Action of Falls County
Grand Jury

Complaints charging Jim Donley, A. Hoble and Jim Hogan with illegal possession of intoxicating liquor were filed in Marlin justice court Monday afternoon as the result of weekend raids in the western part of Falls county by the sheriff's department.

All three defendants waived examining trial and were allowed bail in the sum of $500 pending action of the grand jury.
