A verdict was entered in Falls county district court Monday afternoon in the case of Mrs. Sadie Alexander et vir vs. The Marlin Grocery Company et al, withdrawn from a jury after the latter had been selected, giving judgment to the plaintiff for real estate involved and judgment.
