Fourteen Indictments
Returned by Grand Jury

    Fourteen indictments, nine charging felonies and five misdemeanors, were returned by the Falls county grand jury for the November term on district court, reporting at noon today after a 2 1/2 day session.  The grand jury was excused until December 28,  the last Monday in that month.
    Names of defendants in custody or out on bond named in the indictments, with charges against each indicated, are:

    Turner Bratton, murder.
    F. M. Court, illegal possession of intoxicating liquor.
    Augustus Cherry, illegal possession of intoxicating liquor and illegal         
                                   sale of intoxicating liquor.                               
    Lem Berry, aggravated assault.
    John Griffith, statutory offense.
    Henderson King, burglary.
    J. R. Densman, illegal transportation of intoxicating liquor.
    Dunham Johnson, two cases of aggravated assault.
    Abe Manigo, aggravated assault.
