JURY ANSWERS TO ISSUES
FAVORABLE TO PLAINTIFF

Verdict Returned in Suit in District
Court to Cancel
Deed.

       Answers to special issues favorable to the plaintiff were returned by a jury in Falls county district court.  Wednesday in the case of Leona Hart vs. Will Perry, suit to cancel deed to a tract of land in the southeastern part of the county.
       The jury held tht plaintiff signed and acknowledged the deed but did not understand she was conveying the property to the defendant; that teh consideration paid plaintiff by defendant was $5 and that same was not inadequate.
       Members of the jury were N. B. Peevey, Holman Scott, E. R. McIntish, D. C. Asbury, L. A. Davis, Brit Hester, L. E. Haug, Ed Witner, C. F. Shotwell, Bradley Hodges, Sam Liles, Joe Polk.
