A Southern Pacific freight car will be parked on a siding in Marlin all day Tuesday for receipt of donations of food, feed and clothing for Buckner Orphans' at Dallas, states Rev. S. D. Dollahite, pastor of the First Baptist church of Marlin.

While the car is being sponsored by Baptists residing on the east side of the Brazos river in Falls county, everyone desiring to contribute anything may do so, he adds.

Canned goods, potatoes and other food, clothing and any kind of feedstuff (sic) will be acceptable and a large number of donations from members of the Baptist church and others is hoped for.

A like car for the west side of the river will be made up at Rosebud, it is stated.
