SUIT FOR DIVORCE GOES
TO TRIAL BEFORE JURY

         Taking of Testimony Begins in Case
in Falls County District
Court.

The case of Mrs. Helena Heugatter vs. O. E. Heugatter suit for divorce, went to trial before a jury in Falls county district court today, the plaintiff being the first witness to take the stand.

Members of the jury hearing the case are Charlie Zost, Freddie Fischer, Henry Kuehne, Jack Brothers, Albert Canterbury, W. E. Dieterich, Charlie Wellman, J. A. Haug, T. J. Weeks, G. W. Christian, W. B. Saxon, W. H. Feind.
