Taking of Evidence in Progress Before
Jury in District
Court.

Taking of evidence was in progress before a jury in Falls county district
court today in the case of W.A. Randolph vs. Wald Transfer & Storage Co., the action being a suit for damages growing out of collision between a car and truck on state highway No. 6, south of Marlin.

Members of the jury are   J. J. Jansing, B.B.Hoelscher, H. R. Gwyn,Theo. Schilling, T. J. Birks, H. H. Thomas, Geo. Gregor, W. H. Gray, Earnest Gummelt, A. W. Bremer, Peter Voltin, Tom Kirksey.
