Notice Of Application For
Order Of Sale----Estates.

THE STATE OF TEXAS
To all persons in the estate of Curney Curtis Scroggins, Deceased, George Scroggins, Administrator had filed in the County Court of Falls County, an application for an order to sell the following property of said estate situated in Smith County, Texas, to-wit:
All that certain lots of land situated in Tyler, Smith County, Texas, same being lots Nos. 10, 11, 14, and 15 of the Subdivision of Block 193, of the City of Tyler, Smith County, Texas, shown and described on the map of said subdivision
made by the estate of A. C. White, deceased, recorded in Vol. 148, page 589, of the Deed Records of Smith County, Texas, and described in the deed of trust dated Nov. 4, A.D. 1929, given by the deceased to J. M. McCoy, Trustee, to secure the certain series of Five notes executed by the said deceased, Curney Curtis Scroggins, each for the principal sum of $200.00 more fully described in the next report; which will be heard at the next term of said Court, commencing on the First Monday in July, A.D. 1931, at the Court House thereof, in Marlin, Texas at which time all persons interested in said Estate are required to appear and show cause why such sale should not be made, should they choose to do so.
Herein Fail not, but have you then and there before said Court this Writ, with your return thereon endorsed, showing how you have executed the same.
Given under my hand and the of said Court, at office in Marlin, Texas, this the 9th., day of June A.D. 1931.
