BAG UNLUCKY THIRTEEN
IN RAID ON CARD GAME

       Raiding a card game at a place in South Marlin Saturday night, officers from the Falls county sheriff's department bagged an "unlucky thirteen."  Fines of $1 and costs each on pleas of guilty to vagrancy charges were assessed in Marlin justice court Sunday morning against Tad Cumby, Mitchell Vaden, Henry Polk, Charlie Denman, Charlie Williams, Elbert Williams.  Complaints are pending on the docket against John Whitaker, Ervin Emanuel, Joe Stuart, Henry Walton, N. J. Versea, Thornton Paul and Marion Kelly.
