     Mrs. C. C. Davis had the misfortune to lose her little 13-year old brother, Elbert Cheairs, of Fort Worth in a deplorable accident last Saturday. The lad was flying a kite when it came in contact with a high tension line carrying 1200 volts. His death was instantaneous.
