IN MARLIN JUSTICE COURT

Complaint Entered in Connection
With Alleged Railroad
Car Robbery

A charge of burglary has been filed in Marlin justice court against
A.D. Williams, who waived examining trial and was allowed bond of $1000 pending action of the grand jury.

The defendant was arrested Wednesday in connection with alleged burglary of a Missouri Pacifid work car in the southern part of Marlin, several articles reported missing being recovered.
