NEW GROCERY STORE ON
COLEMAN BURGLARIZED

Knobs Broken Off Safes But
Entrance to Them Apparently Not Effected.

The knobs were found broken off two safes of the Scheiblich Grocery
Co.'s new store on Coleman street, burglarized Sunday night.  The safe doors were still locked, entrance apparently not having been effected.

The building was entered by prizing iron bars off a rear window.  An inside lock was broken to open the rear door and front doors were prized open and propped with a pound of butter as door stop, indications being that all preparations possible had been made for a hasty getway (sic) if necessary.
