VIOLATION BOOSTER LAW

Other Complaints Pending
Charging Infraction of
Ordinance.

       Henry Etheridge and A. H. Puddy were fined $1.00 and costs each in corporation court this morning on charges of violating the booster ordinance.
       The specific count on which prosecution relied was for soliciting customers at a place other than the places designated in the city ordinance where solicitors may solicit.
       Other charges under this ordinance pending are against H. T. Harris, Harvey Williams, Gene Herring and Cooper Johnson.
