   The case of E. W. Jordan, alias J. B. Rose, given two years by a jury in Falls county district court on conviction of passing a forged instrument, was affirmed by the Texas court of criminal appeals at Austin Wednesday.
   Motion for rehearing was filed by Romulo Rodriguez, whose conviction of murder and nine-year penalty by a jury in the county recently was affirmed by the appeals court.
