Inquest Held by Justice Gresham
of Lott.

       Information came from Rosebud that the Mexican shot there Monday by a special officer was dead.  He succumbed to the wound Monday night.
       Sheriff Poole and Assistant County Attorney Peck Oltorf went over to assist Judge Gresham in holding the inquest.  Judge Lamar, justice of the peace of the Rosebud precinct, was disqualified by reason of having been one of the officers who was trying to arrest the Mexican.
