SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE.

The State of Texas, County of Falls.

    By virtue of an order of sale, issued out of the honorable district court of Falls county, on the 26th day of March, A. D. 1907, by the clerk thereof, in the case of R. H. Waters, for himself and as executor of the estate of P.B. Waters, deceased, and Benton Wiley versus Lodge No. 16, S.A.F.&A.M., Rosebud, Texas, No. 7114, and to me as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescribed by law for Sheriff's sales, on the first Tuesday in May A.D.1907, it being the 7th day of said month, before the court house door of said Falls county, in the city of Marlin the following described property, to wit:  Situated in Rosebud, Texas, Falls county, being lots four (4) and five (5) in block -46 of said town of Rosebud, Falls county, Texas, and more particularly described in a deed by said plaintiff's to said defendant, of record in Vol,____, page_______, of Falls county deed records and which is made a part hereof for description, levied on as the property of Lodge No. 16, S.A.F.&A.M., Rosebud, Texas, to  satisfy a judgment amounting to $79.25, in favor of R. H. Waters for himself and as executor of the estate of P. B. Waters, deceased, and Benton Willey and costs of suit.

    Given under my hand, this 27th day of March, A.D. 1907.
