     Two civil cases were filed in the district court Tuesday, R. A. Reed vs W. R. Strasuer, et al, suit for foreclosure of vendor's lien, $850.00; F. T DeGraffeinerdt vs S. A. & A. P. , M. K. & T. of Texas and M. K. & T. Railway Company, suit for damages to shipment of cattle, for $1,573.93.
