Transfer Twenty Tracts of Land.

       Twenty warranty deeds were signed Thursday by L. W. Pickett and wife, who are visitors from Hereford, Texas, stopping at the Artesia hotel.
       The deeds pass title to about six sections of land in small tracts, situated near Herefor and which were sold to parties who expect to place them on the market.
