TOURING CARS IN AUTO CARS

Party of Houston Business Men
Spend the Day in Marlin.

       Two huge auto cars came swishing into Marlin Thursday afternoon at six o'clock.  They were occupied by Houston business men wo are making a tour of the principal cities in this manner, that they may become acquainted with the real resources of the state, and at the same time enjoying a most delightful outing.
       The cars hauled up in front of the Arlington where the party spent the night and day, barring the time they were out seeing the town, taking a boil out in Marlin's famous fountain of health, etc.
       The party left Friday afternoon for Dallas after expressing great satisfaction with the trip and especially their stop-over in Texas' greatest health resort.
       The following well known business men composed the party.
      
       Henry Stude, manufacturer.
       J. H. and Pat C. Foley, of the Foley Dry Goods company.
       Brown Botts, of the Kirby Lumber Co.
       Geo. Gibbons, of the Houston Steel Works.
       W. H. Curth, railway contractor.
       E. A. Hudson, captialist.
