School Board Elects Teachers

       The Marlin school board has reelected the following for the next scholastic term:
       E. W. Curling, principal; Misses Nettles, Frank, Morgan, Jarrell, Hunnicutt, Foster, Peyton, Bartlett, Hutchins, Zively and Torbett.
       Superintendent Doughty was reelected at a former meeting of the board.
       The assigment of the teachers to grades was deferred for the present.  Two vacancies are yet to be filled.
       P. A. Stamps was reelected principal of the negro schools.  His assistants will be chosen latter.
       The schools have just closed a vry successful year and the reelection of the superintendent and faculty gives general satisfaction.
