Savas Xydias Graces the Chapel.

       There was quite a soul-stirring event in The Democrat printing chapel Thursday as the ticking of "30" began to buzz, occasioned by the advent of a huge tray of highly flavored ice cream and cake sent in by Savas Xydias, which was a most appreciated treat to the craft.
       As the test is in eating, we are in a position to know that Savas is thoroughly prepared with skillful judgment in the manufacture of not only ice cream but all other delicacies "to eat," to meet the most fastidous.
       The members of this chapel, composed of the editorail sanctum, reportorial staff, compositors, press and mailing rooms, return our thanks to Savas for this "stir."
